Ort

A massive Empire-style sanctuary built between 1823 and 1830. It replaced the demolished medieval church of St. Nicholas in the cemetery. A point of interest in the Jevišovice church is the organ, which is almost a hundred years older than the church itself. It dates from 1748, when it was made by the Brno organ builder Jan Výmola and was originally located in the Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul in Brno.
